This is BIGGER than INCOMPETENCE AND NON PERFORMANCE at VLE
This is now bigger than the incompetence and uncoscionable behavior of Tim Marchant and Sean Guest.
In addition, this is about their continuing generous compensation payments with non-performance that is corrupting the very foundations of our free market capitalist system.
Some shareholders may not care. We do.
Will shall persevere and will shall prevail.

Nobody cares what is said on a bullboard. Why not go to the AGM and let 'em have it there?

I have been selling and buying TCF lol :)) I still thing this management will show up to the AGM meeting without a deal.. so for that reason I still wanna have decent amount of shares to Say No to everything they propose :)

I also think they have NOTHING or something very insignificant at best to present on upcoming GM. So I very much hope that motion to dismiss current management & BOD should be introduced to shareholders to cast their vote. OR…..motion to correct this exuberant pay management is milking from this company could also be positive news for GM. I know how I will vote giving an opportunity. G37
