Speculative or fondamental play
On other energy boards, this is considered a speculative play. For myself I consider VLE as safe investment. Decomissioning is not a big deal. 25000 bd at 50% cashflow is a big deal, when the enterprise value is near 100M. I keep adding, now my second biggest holding.

The day this deal closes, then we get cash in the bank update, reserve update and a divided decision, everyone will take notice. And we will be well rewarded.
