10 percent holding at these prices. Somebody is very confident to be putting that amount in. Must be very confident of a good return. So I think it's nicely under pinned here .

The reason is this is significantly underr valued and you can bet they know more than the average pi about future events.

I expect their invesestment decisions can be purely based on available public info including having a comfort level and knowledge of the domestic/regional assets and the CEO's vision for the future.

Yes, 10% is significant but I don’t think VLE gave them any ‘insider’ info other then what is publically known. They may have given them private presentation with a one on one Q&A session but no more. Likely this fund consulted with a ‘major league’ technical experts & went with that. This is a very bullish sine & reassuring for an average independent investor. Potential for a future
