RE:RE:Criticism based on Facts...TwodJays - you vastly over estimate my influence on the investing community and you are far to pesimistic of the intellegence of others to evaluate for themselves what they see. Assuming I said nothing, nor Bobby or Italiano, an investor of any merit would do their own evalutaion and read the same documents that are publicly available.
Drawing conclusions similar to mine would be expected and it would casue them to be cautious about investing. If I was a new investor looking to invest in VIQ today, I can assure you I would not have built a 1MM+ share position with the direction this CEO has taken the company on.
Albeit the revenue has risen, this is not the result of skilled sales and successful monitization. This is the result of borrowing money and aquiring assets that are not producing the desired accretive value in a timely fashion.
Couple that with the addition of a bloated management deck and you have a CEO that cannot perform so he is distracting existing investors from urgent issues at hand. This is not the sign of a strong CEO but rather an ego driven individual.
Tim Cook said it best, we are all driven to exceed our expectations and that is why the company [Apple] has performed the way it has. Is VIQ driven to exceed expectations? My suggestion is that they have not met the lowest of expectations of any of those on this baord. I strongly encourage you to take a hard look and to tune into the discontent on this board. Managament change and board change will be coming sooner than you think.
