Often a HALT comes from the company itself and often the company will say they "do not know of a reason for this activity.
So one must decide that there IS a reason (BIG) for this , but yes some one somewhere is negligent here!
Some retailers "panic bought" today up and over .70 cents are already down .20% paper loss.
Ofcourse the sellers are out having a "Martini lunch"
