RE:This is not the news we are looking for My take on this by watching US trade last few months since Nov/22 : Market cap of VQS ONLY $10MIL CAN more or less , while revenue $45 mil US last year and First Q/23 was $10 mil US , some entities in US side have been trying to take over VQS to private ( with $45 mil US revenue , not too hard to polish VQS up with good make-up then turn it to $100 mil enterprise ....plus AI sector is HOT COMMODITIES ) but management didn't go with , maybe the offer too low or the way was structured - look at the chart second week of nov/22 , I believed I read somewhere management and insiders have roughly 25% of share now . Look at yesterday trade in US side b4 10am , almost 10 mil shares bought between $.39c to $.49c US then let it drop to day end .......: who was selling ? who was buying ? Why ? Or just move from right to left then Left to Right ......WHY , WHY , WHY VQS ??????????. Someone or somebody seeing something or potential of VQS , I think management KNEW : Who and Why - Then the NEWS RELEASE this morning . THIS IS ALL MY GUESS ( I had few shares and down more than 50% - I m gamble with this and hold to the end )
