Good Take Big Joe.  I think results will be very good tomorrow, but expectations are sky high.  I expect FCF will be $200 M or higher and it will all go to paying down debt.  Share price response to the results will probably be muted as investors want to see money in their pocket and debt rduction doesn't provide that immediate shot in the arm.  But, not so long ago $200 M FCF in a single quarter would have been considered an absolute blow out.  In the coming quarters things look very good for CPG.
