the feds hand out the money and the provinces spend it. If you live in a province with any of these issues, contact your local mpp and let them know about it......as for the homeless, you can bring down the price of a house by 75% and they still won't be able to afford one...they have bigger issues where sadly you and have to pay for with our tax dollars......don't forget EV and PLUG IN in the same sentence... you know, the one that runs on gas... the fuel that makes you happy.
