RBC price target

The table below is from RBC. Using RBC's pricedeck, you can see just how undervalued is CPG versus many of its North American peers. 

It's nice to have comments based on data rather than nonsensical gargage from people who lost their shirts from poor investing.

TD has them at $8.  CIBC and BMO have them at $7.    There are some bulls out there.  -dollar vales are CAD for CPG.TO.

Thanks, LiquidOctopusV2. Regardless of whether you're looking at RBC's price target or TD/CIBC/BMO, there is consensus that the share price is significantly undervalued.

I have my own ideas.  Since I'm completely in alignment with Eric Nuttall's case about a structural deficit in oil supply, the long-term on oil is, as the kids say, "dank AF".  Those price targets are good at today's metrics.  I don't know what the target price should be.  I had anticipated oil recovery for late 2021.  Things are happening much ...more

Oh and on price targets if you invest listening to the talking heads ... I am going to love taking your money while I day trade ... they have already gone through with their program when they release thier mush... they short while you buy and buy while you sell..  its thier MO!!  GLTA

What I usually believe about price targets is that they lag the on the ground reality and it's only a reference point.  2 good analysts can come up with widely different outcomes -  you have to respect that.  As for whether the RBC/TD/CIBC intentionally publish false numbers so they can short, as you claim, I don't believe it.  If I see a broad consensus, that'll ...more
