I mean in their free cash flow projections........imo any delay in dividend now shows that they are not 100% confident in what they are doing...........let the money flow and stop all this hogwash for last 3 quarters we are evaluateing things........hogwash

Who cares whst you think about management's compensation. You have no influence over their compensation. The only right you have is on deciding whether or not you choose to show tacit support for the management (and its compensation) by investing in the company or not. Unlike many others, I try to substantiate my claims with empirical evidence.  Again, you should not feel slighted for what I said. It's a factual statement. If you are long on any particular stock you are helping to raise its market captialization and, therein, tacitly supporting

@Bpultra: I agree with you on the point that anyone who holds the stock is trying to make money. That's why I'm in it, that's why you're in it, that's why Nuttall is in it, and that's why (hopefully) anyone is in it. IMHO, investors should be in CPG (or any other stock) because of the value proposition it offers today.  I am not saying I overtly support management
