The Old CPG Hoover Vacuum

Sucked in some highapha players at the old 52 week high trick and is blowing them out the exhaust end .. 5.70 didn't hold will see how this hold's up... the shorts are working hard...

@Bpultra: CPG has had 8 green days in a row, taking out both the 52-week intraday and closing prices. This stock won't go straight up -- not many do. But the fundamentals have never looked better for oil prices and CPG is well torqued to take advantage of higher prices.

@Bpultra: Are you sitting on an ACB lower than the current share price or are you trading in a registered account? Just wondering how you deal will capital loss, if and when there are any. I am trading in a non-registered account. I have been tempted to sell some in the high $5s and try to buy back lower but haven't yet summoned the courage to as the global economy is just in the midst of ...more

(below $1)  I took a chance and trasfered to an unused TFSA that had loads of buying power  .. you take the hit on the margin account because the move is done at book value .. but at the same time I added more cash to the TFSA... so all gains from 88 cents ...more

@Bpultra: Thanks for the detailed response.  I trade a bit in my TFSA. I don't know what the threshold is in terms of active trading inside the TFSA for them to disqualify its tax-free status, but I imagine it has more to do with the balance one has within it rather than the volume of trades. Without giving too much away about myself, I was a 'non-resident Canadian' for a number ...more
