Russian oil import ban
Canada will stop importing Russian oil. If other countries follow suit oil is going to $125.

You do realize that even when it was coming in it was a very small amount. This move is not about removing that very small amount from Canadian imports - it's about ensuring other in the EU and/or NATO follow suit.
