Buyback plan to 10% from March 9th 2022 to March 8th 2023. Sounds good because they will cancel 57 millions of shares.

Yes, and should they execute that will buy back the shares issued for the Shell deal last year. It is likley that Shell has been liquidating this position at a very handsome profit. It would be nice this overhang get eliminated which may be holding back upside appreciation.
