Sure they brought in $100 milllion of excess cash flow annually..........but the big question is if cpg wanted those assets to keep performing they would have had to invest many millions in cap ex and mt guess is they were not prepared to do that..........its like driving a 10 year old car.....sooner or later you either fix the brakes, repair the engine or you just say to heck with this and buy a new car..........i think cpg is a little slack in spending money on things like cap ex on old fields and reclamation expenses on old fields as well............i think that is what i dislike most about this company

I do agree with you on some of what you are saying here.  I agree that they didn't get enough for the property but when you only have 1 offer and who knows maybe there were more but it sounds like this was the best they could do. They say in my business that the first offer is usually the best one. Who are we to evaluate a decision when we don't have all the facts. Anyway aren't ...more
