I think the earnings per share will be reward in itself. It should give this stock a pretty little boost, regardless what they do with the money. I hope they simply use it to pay down debt. But, yes, I am looking forward to an investor's reward!

I like your enthusiasm, but I think Bryska and CFO made it clear on the last conference call regarding dividends. They're still carrying too much debt to raise or pay out a special dividend. Much better plays if wanting a reliable and growing dividend. The risk/reward equation is not compelling enough right now to buy or hold VRN.

"The risk/reward equation is not compelling enough right now to buy or hold VRN." Then, Anschutz, what are you doing on this site? We should all sell out?

Oh my mistake. Didn't realize that after being on this board off and on for ~12 years that it's for pumpers only. As my post stated... it's not compeling at the moment. Maybe in late 2025 or 26 when debt is under control and management commits to a meaningful return for shareholders. Now get back in the lake. Fish start to smell when out of the water too long. LOL!

Maybe it's not compelling for you to buy or hold right now. I don't mean to pump, and I think you're entitled to your opinion. As for me, I like this stock, and intend to hold it pretty much the entire year until I find a more compelling one.

Fair enough. I wish you all the best with your investments. I'm on the sidelines as I anticipate we see the market trend lower over the next few months.

Its quite evident to me now as to why we had a sell off of O&G stocks last Friday when crude prices were rallying.. the market makers collectively decided this week they would sell off crude even though last weeks draws were substantial and word travels fast in their channels to get out as a reload is coming into play soon.. and its playing out in real time this week.. sooo transparent..!
