In Kuwait, the desert tribes get free Condominiums, free higher education, free health care, and guaranteed minimum income. Wouldn't the average Canadian Schmuck love to have even a little help putting the kids through University!
In Norway, their OIL $Reserve fund makes Alberta and its paltry oil Heritage fund look like the sucker bafoon at the special needs poker table! While Norway claims ownership over oil in its land, Canada assumes that any oil in the ground belongs to the companies that extract it. Go figure!
Canada has fallen hook line and sinker for the mantra of privatization and many Canadians are oh so eager to jump on the bully pulpit with the paid Schills beating the drum of privatization.
- The peoples resources are neatly tied up and given away for paltry royalty fees! Oh the wailing and gnashing of teeth by the PR machines lamenting the cruel imposition oil owners must suffer from a paltry hike in royalties. - LOL !
