How is "bashing" counterproductive? Do you think I should grab my pom poms and cheerlead a management team that has utterly destroyed the valuation of this company? Should I stick my head in the sand and hope and pray that things get better?

No, I will not. I will keep "bashing" until Craig and his cohorts are fired and real management is brought in.
