RE:RE:Mr. Socks is both Incompetent and Sabotaging our EconomyWhy don't we have enough pipelines now that should've been built when Harper was PM?  To answer that question one'd have to ask Mr. Harper; I don't know what he'd say but and I'm pretty sure the answer is not that he had an anti-energy agenda or didn't care for the prosperity of the oil-producing provinces; if I remember correctly he made it a priority to repair the damage done to Canada's financial health by his profligate, free-spending predecessors and by and large he succeeded in that effort.  The current govenment inherited an economy with balanced books and an excellent credit rating which is why I was shocked to hear JT announce that he intended to deficit-spend his way to the promised land and apparently he's keeping his word; that the bills will have to be paid by future generations doesn't seem to bother him one bit. Apres moi le deluge.
