Operating netback is a measure of oil and gas sales revenue net of royalties, production and transportation expenses. It in non-GAAP and specifically used in the oil and gas industry.

They are predicting $35 netback per boe based on 174,000 boe/day for Q2 =

$35 netback x 174,000 boe/day x 90 days = $548,100,000 net revenues in Q2. If you subtract all other expenses (interest, taxes, depreciation, salaries, hedging gains/losses, currency exchange gains/losses, etc.) then divide by the number of outstanding shares at the end of Q2 and you have EPS.

Based on Q2 net operating income of $548MM and outstanding shares of 548MM you would have net operating EPS of $1.00.
