I think the drop in oil price has made our math skills falter some what.  37 million dollars would give every Canadian 1$ and not $1 million.  Noble cause though ... would need a little more than a billion to pull off the gift though.   


I know for a fact if I had a billion dollars (CDN) I would have NO PROBLEM spending 37 million to give everyone in Canada a million bucks... I would do it faster than you can say - who's your daddy...!!!
