I'm not accountant But hedge losses are tax deductable .....meaning they reduce any tax payable by about 25%to 30% of the loss........this tax deduction if not used will add to cpg already large 10 billion tax pool..........imo.....so a 700 million hedge loss will save cpg 200 to 250 million in income taxes eventually
