That's a build from a 3.1 MB draw from the SPR. Have to wonder how much attention the market is paying to that, and how long Joe is going to keep that up.

I am not sure,there is clearly a line item in the imports section for it. However looking at the last few weeks it they are all zeros. Maybe they have a strict definition of what a Production Import by the SPR is?  Can anyone with more knowledge on the matter weigh in?
