OMG

Just listened to Tom Rand on BNN talking about the trillions of dollars financial institutions hold of Energy sector debt and the potential for default on that debt.. I guess he should maybe open his eyes to the FCF being spun off by most, if not all O&G firms, that's being applied to said debt.. within a few years these same O&G companies will not need those banks to float the boat..!
Then he goes on to talk about the O&G sector being a sunset industry.. they said that about the tobbacco companies as well.. as they've been demonised for health issues.. well.. those tobbacco companies have, and continue to be excellent "investments".. and lets face it.. smoking a cigarette isn't as important as heating your home, getting to work, or hauling those products to the consumers everyday.. LOL..

Fossil fuels have saved or enabled the lives of literally billions of people.  Without them, every quality of life metric we have would basically lower back to the stone age.  This isn't tabacco.  It's heat, light, food, food for food, power for surgical equipment, computers, it's in the keyboard I'm typing on, the tires on the road, do I need to go on?  I ...more

There are a lot of ignorant dipshits who gladly enjoy all the comforts of modern existence without having ANY idea how they came about, or what it takes to maintain them. The people in Europe in a few months will be ready to lynch Green Eco terrorists.

There should be a warning scrolling on the TV screen stating "Watching BNN, aka the climate change network, can be hazardous to ones mental health". That is if you have a minimum knowledge and experience about how the western economy actually works. This channel has quickly become a propaganda instrument of the econut movement.

Agreed Dog.. the Bloomberg propaganda machine is so one sided its a laugh.. and can't really be taken seriously.. although every once in a while they have someone worth listening too like Ian Lee.. he tells it like it is and puts Amanda Lang in her place regularly which shocks me that he's even allowed on anymore.. LOL..
