Where Will Ongoing Problems Lead....?
1) If VRX is going to alter its strategy, how much of a hit will it take re. future ROE and Cash Flow numbers...?.......2) Democrats on the House of Representatives committee on oversight and government reform sent a letter to the committee's Republican chairman seeking a subpoena that would force Valeant to turn over documents tied to the U.S. price hikes of two heart drugs. Valeant apparently runs their operations out of New Jersey and has a very small footprint in Canada re. operations and employees, yet it is considered a Canadian company. How will this play out in Congress and Hillary Clinton should she become President.....?.......3) Valeant said it had received subpoenas from federal prosecutors seeking information related to how it prices drugs, distributes them and helps patients afford the medicines. The subpoenas also seek information and documents from the Canada-based drug company regarding information it provided to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Again, how will this affect their earnings / ROE / Cash Flow in the future should they face new laws or restrictions on what they can and can't do in the U.S.......?
