Tomorrow will be "Bloody Tuesday", especially now that we know that Howard is dumping his shares!
The sad thing is that the SEC should have placed a CTO on Valeant 4 months ago so that this mess could have been properly cleaned up. Since the ad hoc committee is made up of supposedly Independent Directors, any findings will still be questioned.

Update: I wonder if Pearson is coming back because Shiller won't sign off on the Financials? Very odd that Shiller has been a seller as of late...
The SEC now needs to impose a CTO on VRX until this mess is cleaned up!
