This article below is the best I've seen regarding Philidor and R&O Pharmacy. If the allegations by R&O Pharmacy are true, Philidor is perpetrating fraud in the state of California.

One big question now for Valeant is the nature of their relationship with Philidor. If they truly have an ownership interest in Philidor then they may be complicit and things could get a lot worse. If not and they sever ties, who knows. All I can say is that they have a lot of explaining to do.

i remember many years ago , before computers had been in the hands of most investors , i did research using phone calls to companies , i will tell you even the biggies don't share information with any shareholders . i think valeant only answers to money managers like donneville cause it helps support stock prices for the stock . so i have no pity for jason donnvile when he cries out about

You continue to make dire predictions about VRX and how low the stock will fall. If you took your own advice, I assume you'd have sold every share and by now be looking for another place to invest. It is ridiculous how many folks are trying to run down good companies by orchestrated short-attacks and other abusive trading practices.  IIROC should investigate the people, including those who are posting on SH to see how they are colluding to systematically bring the sp down for their own benefit. The RCMP could get their email addresses from SH and personal information and trading
