Valeant should fire someone to take the blame CEO mike pearson.
liquidate the company owns find white knight to take it, its too much for valeant to eat all at once, impossible to di. Sell some patent or smaller company to competitor. 

Just salix worth 15bil alone, right now vrx market value is 11bil, the math doesn't add up.

if they sell part of the company or entirely valeant worth more than 11bil thats for sure.
