Short position is increasing every day .. its getting close to 7% which is considered the beginning of region where shorts take over the stock ... This is a interesting play , if company files 10k with normal data as expected as they have been saying I feel shorts will evaporate in 6 months ...if they fail or 10k has a bad surprise this 7% will go over 10% in a few days .. problem is can you

I am long Valeant and it is my belief that the deal with the bondholders was done because they are trying to be thorough and cover all bases even under a "what if" scenario. As you saw they had alot of work to do with the audits and all the other fun stuff surrounding this Co they need to try to limit uncertainty - some damage control, if you will. I hope you guys are correct ... If they fail to file 10k by April deadline or 10k has a bad news we should drop to 20 in 1 day. Right now market is betting we will go down ... Common investors are betting ackman will save them ... I am not sure so have taken both sides of the game ... I believe market always moves in direction where retail investors are not present much

Lattice...Xid you read my first sentence? The10k was the bad news that I said was BEHIND us...The SP now has priced in that factor, priced in the Philidor fiasco,priced in the fact that the CEO is going to go before the Senate committee, the high debt load, large increases in drug prices, These negative factors as I said are behind us...I believe that we are on the verge of some good news coming
