Reality

The reality about Valeant company is that it is on the mend...Pearsons Valeant is done....He left it in shambles....huge debt, poor business model, philidor,lower R+D budget than its peers....A new VRX was born in May with the hiring of an excellent CEO, Mr.Joe Papa along with a new silent CEO,activist Bill Ackman....Firstly, the debt will be lowered Joe has paid off a small portion and the company is slated to pay off a total of over 1B$.this year....I expect an announcement of assets is in the works...I believe that within 12 months the debt will be trimmed down to a more comfortable level...Secondly more money is being spent on developing homegrown products...Valeants pipeline is quite extensive with a total number of new product (20) to be introduced in 2016 early 2017...The Tampa problem is being corrected and I expect Relistor to be accepted by the FDA before October 2016...Each event should bring a mild spike to the SP...Thirdly The Philidor problem...Joe Papa said that he is not worried, that it will be dragged on "for years" and that he is NOT putting aside funds to pay for penalties...In a few years the company will be in a much better financial situation and if need be will be able to fund these costs...Don't forget that Valeant has their own lawyers who will fight any litigation with vigor and expertise..Today's market reaction was out of proportion to an already known problem ( last October it was revealed) Fourthly a new board of directors has been created..They bring a lot of talent with them and I feel that the administration of Valeant is in excellent hands..Fifthly the Walgreens deal has been revamped beginning Aug 1st..Valeant will no longer sell any of their products at a loss...Q3 will show a higher EPS and Q4 even better.....In summation better times are coming folks...Be patient...Markie

and VRX should not be afraid to raise their drug prices if the market can bear it and to heck with Hillary if she doesn't' like it

Thanks Marky1... good reading.... the stock market is game... Banksters owns media, analyts, poeple...They are very strong and steal money from poeple... I am just following them... I sold some of my position on BBD and i bought 200 @ 32 CAD and was waiting for lower price didnt get it ....bought another 200 @ 31.80 CAD...still have cash if it goes lower... ...more
