Reasonably good earnings, stock price up

At last based on earnings and guidance, the stock price has reacted at least for a session, that's good. The way CP rail and CNR went down on very good earnings (particularly CP rail), it seemed like the traditional assumptions are not working anymore. 

Still can't figure out what happened to CP rail as to why it continues to go down day after day (even weeks) despite good earnings!
