Veresen as a take over target?

Veresen as a take over target?Does anyone believe Veresen would be a takeover target?  The CEO has stated in regards to Jordan Cove that he's not interested in take any molecule pricing risk and would rather transport someone else's gas from Henry Hub to an LNG ship.  With Jordan Cove on the West Coast, and having a significantly shorter route to Asia than the Gulf Coast, it's not too difficult to imagine a large company with significant natural gas reserves to look at Veresen as being a perfect enabler to further monetize their existing books.  Exxon comes to mind especially with their XTO takeover a couple of years ago.  They're behind the 8-ball for any LNG plays in North America and with a significant book of natural gas reserves, they may just think Jordan Cove / Veresen would be a perfect match...
