Seriously... WTF is with the price of $8.62 that it has been held here and brought back to sit with bid 8.61 and 8.62 offer AGAIN.... large volume last week and then crickets now?

 Makes me wonder,  there is a pipeline for sale in Alberta (Meg/Devon selling) ,  could be that VSN is involved and the market makers are looking at an offering?  Just speculation on my part ,  it is an oil pipeline so not a perfect fit but they have been buyers in this downturn eg. Ruby.  Did seem that this stock followed the price of oil around like a puppy and ...more

you  are right about following oil around I guess retail does not realize this is more about nat gas and should be trading at least book value.

 If you look back at 2009 when oil bottomed and VSN did this same nose dive with  oil the price of oil and those stocks  ran faster than VSN did on the way  back up.  It wasn't until Dec 2010 that VSN recaptured $10 a share,  about 9 months after oil bottomed,  we are just a couple of months out now from that. This should be well over 10 dollars, frustrating to see the TSX move above 200 day mvg average, and yet Veresen is no where near it. The charts of the TSX and Veresen could be put one on top of the other and look almost identical. Except for the lag here of course... Canaccord selling is always frustrating.
