Crude oil is testing levels not seen since 2009, but the market is treating oil companies like its 1998 – a time when oil was trading just above $10 a barrel, says Martin Roberge, Managing Director, North American Portfolio Strategy at Richardson GMP.

“People are saying commodity prices are heading lower, but the valuations are already lower than at the prior cyclical bottom in commodities,” Roberge tells BNN.
