Agreed, the one thing you have to realize is that these analysts are only out to fill their own pockets, when do they actually go on BNN and tell you that they're selling? NEVER. Wcp will be fine, just a matter of time when it goes on a run. As long as commodity prices stay high we will be happy sooner than later.
It is amazing that there are so many posters on here with so much distain for Eric Nuttal. Maybe your distain should be directed at your own investment process. Sorry, but if you are stupid enough to buy solely on some BNN guest then you deserved what you get. As one of the best poster on SH and one of the more astute investor here, retiredCF said in a few post down "draw you own conclusions"
Seriously why are you guys on here embarassing yourselves blaming someone else for the poor performance of your investments.
So Eric only held SU for a short time. I certainly think that was a good move. I held a significant option position for like 4 days and thank you, thank you very much and did very well.
And as for as Eric not commenting too much about WCP wrt the carbon capture, there was not too much to say. I actually emailed WCP on this and they said they had no numbers that can be released now. However, BOD member Brad Wall was buying at these levels. And the management team at WCP is outstanding. "Draw you own conclusions."
