WCP vs CPG

Seems that investors are voting with their dollars today and preferring CPG over WCP.  Interesting considering WCP's dividend.  What to make of this??

Pick your poison, Wcp pays a dividend, Cpg is buying back shares. Not being much of a trader I prefer the dividend model. Some investors  don’t think Oil companies should pay dividends, I am not in that camp.
