More information on this unusual event of an insider dumping 60,000 shares.  It looks like he sold on the very first day the performance shares were available for selling.  Like he was sitting on the sell button and couldn't get out fast enough. Based on today's price action, it looks like he has poor timing.

Riski, there's hundreds of reasons why insiders sell but there's only one reason why they buy. Wouldn't worry too much about one 60k share sale, it's not even $500k. Often chunks are sold to pay off debts or to free up capital to pursue a new venture.  Estate planning is also a big one.  Who knows.  With covid19 lockdowns there's been plenty of marital
