WCP HAS THIS. BLACKROCK, the worlds largest , I MEAN LARGEST, fund manger in the world, has a article, which makes a very strong case for companies who have programs which reduce the CARBON FOOTPRINT. THIS makes them VERY valuable, and REALLY at this point NOT appreciated. THE   value of having such programs, first of all, is NOT yet, fully reconized by our own govt. they have not put a VALUE, OR GIVEN ANY tax break, WHATEVER,  on this EXTREMELY VALUABLE PROGRAM. BLACKROCK FEELS it very much un- appreciated, and the value is yet to be discovered, and determined . DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH.
OUR govt is determining , how to provide an incentive and reward companies who have such programs. ITS BECOMIMG MANDATORY. WCP IS WAY WAY WAY AHEAD OF THE CURVE. 
THE value is huge, stock price, target is 16.00 $$$$$ bring it on.

The reason WCP isn't getting any respect for their CCS facility in my opinion is the Feds don't think its a true decarbonization if you use CCS to produce more oil.. so WCP might never receive the true value from our useless Federal Gov't.. IMHO

You are right.  That is the issue.  I think Raymond James said that the Provinclal Government will likely step up.     Either way it was bad news then that announcement was released re Carbon Recapture in existing oil plays.      So this leaves us to wonder why would Federated Co Op or the others recently sign Memorandums if there was no benifit.   Is
