The price of oil is up , the price of the stock is down , and doest bother me . Just makes me think that there isn't anyone left to buy , that hasn't already bought on a individual basis . So I see big moves followed by
skow retreats , as the funds take a stake. These are going to be stakes of 1 percent of the float type of stakes.
