That just has to be unconstitutional/illegal. No way . Democracy and the concept of free markets would be irreversibly shattered. Not much better than a dictatorship seizing assets and making them public. Like Russia . Or Venezuela. Have you not noticed the last 2 years? Law and Constitutions have been shattered the whole time and people not only accepted it, they promoted it and divided from family over it. Shareholders are not getting the FCF.
