I really don't think Sprott had enough support to do a takeover. Why? Because there are enough big shareholders who don't want to get screwed by a takeover. So, they move on and try to takeover some other poor sap of a company that has huge potential. These guys don't make money paying retail... I've seen Sprott's garbage before... They get Cormark to write up some garbage document and then they get the goods for a song.... Resolute has made lots of money on this already.... Check out their financings.... and they still have some 20 million shares....Also, check out WDO itself? There are no fundamental problems, IMHO. They just need time and I'm patient. One problem with owning over 30 million shares is that when you want to sell a big position you can move the share price a lot... I predict this will rebound once Resolute finishes selling... Huge opportunity in my opinion...
