"There is no need for management or shareholders to accept any takeover offer. Why would we? A takeover implies we sell the company for less than what it is worth, otherwise the suitor would not make an offer. I say this because WDO is not simply an exploration company lacking in mine development skills that finds deposits then sells them to an entity with the required skills to develop a mine and process the ore. WDO can and has done that. Lots of it. WDO is very capable and can develop the mine and process the ore. In fact they have done so right where the drill results came from at Kiena, and elsewhere. WDO shareholders will obtain ZERO benefit from a takeover unless the suitor errs and makes an offer in excess of WDO's full value and I doubt any suitor would do that."
