IMO, what the market wanted/wants, after the operations slips, is more information and more openness from management, not Middlemiss's resignation.
There's nothing wrong with monthly updates on progress in developing Kiena Deep, cash position, how much of the credit line has been drawn, how many new shares have been sold in the ATM program, etc.. I don't see the reason for, nor benefit to, confidentiality on this information.
