Guy on Nutritional High board thinks TWD should buy them....I asked him why TWD/CGC would ever consider buying Nutritional High, a company with no products, no IP and no revenue?

The only talent EATSPLIF has is Chef Melissa Parks. But you don't buy a company for one talented employee. You buy the employee.

I'd bet that if Tweed/CGC made Edibles Chef Melissa Parks an offer she can't refuse (like making her Edibles Chief at Tweed?) she'd leave Nutritional High in a second.

I anticipate TWD/CGC is moving headlong into the edibles space in line with Bruce Linton's statement that:

“The acquisition of Bedrocan is the first step, and we intend to continue to take the initiative, growing our portfolio of brands, expanding clinical research on cannabis, adding new products and services, and introducing additional innovations for patients and consumers.”

TWD/CGC will do fine in the edibles space without the alleged "expertise" of Nutritional High, a "company" in name only. Do they even have corporate offices or are they working out of Posner's garage?
