Canadians will not be able to buy marijuana from over the border legally. Customs will still seize it, so why go through with the hassle.
It has to be grown in a health canada approved facility. Nobody here smokes or orders weed from the states in the first place, what a laughable statement... You do have free trade on your side for most things, but our regulatory body just isn't going to let it happen with Marijuana or any commodity it chooses for that matter, been that way for decades whether we like it or not. This is THE canadian cash cow, we don't have much else at the moment.
