furthermore, if they don't sh*t the bed (which i'm sure bruce and the original 6 won't let them do) canada will be a global leader, and other countries gov'ts will drag their heels for local growing and simply say, "medical", np, just get a script and, we'll ship it in from Canada". [they'll just tax it].
this ship has sailed, we (CAN) will control weed, world wide (2nd only to the US's big corp capital $), if our current gov't does what theyre told [which is what S. Harper was planning]. bruce and vic will be getting whatever they want.
2. Pot isn't a gateway drug. its guilt by association, however, as cops, or therapist would tell you, "not everyone w smokes pot goes on to chemicals", "however, every junkie has smoked pot".
