So unless you know a contractor who has won the tender building a current (or soon to be breaking ground) on a new lcbo, and they've received a change order to include a vault for weed, it won't be lcbo.
it will remain Canada post internet order to door delivery until at least 2019. That said, lcbo has huge online distribution network unfolding. But our competition reg's will dictate several distribution avenues. Lp's will buyout/open their own dispensaries and in the case of aph/dragon Dickerson shoppers, but the reputable dispensaries chains will survive. think of the king of pots chain...day of task force release he is on news stating, " my shops will lose $/customers cause of increased competition", but then 2 days later announced opening several more in Montreal...
I'd bet it's just a matter of time before the king of pot partners w an LP.... location, location, location, and emery already has the bricks and mortar locked up, not to mention very loyal customer base
