RE:Police in Ottawa raid two more dispensaries What's interesting about this one is that Magna Terra (the disp in question) was the most 'reputable' one in town
. 
It wasn't a weed bodega run by skid bags. They were attempting to distinguish themselves by portraying more of a clinic type environment. 

IMHO is a firm statement by the Municipal & Federal govts that they are ultimately in charge no matter how 'official' your dispensary looks.
