Online Clarification neededWhat is the deal with online sales?  

The Minister said in one breath that online sales would be modelled after the LCBO system. Correct me if I'm wrong but you can't order booze directly from the source. Everything is through the LCBO

The Minister went on to say next that medical cannabis is ordered on line through the LP

What is it?  Can you order directly from the LP or not?  

This is extremely big because it takes away from the big LPs in many ways.
