IMHO, this is a International branding move as much as it is a sales move.
Why not be the first mover into one of the world's top WEED destinations?

People flock there from South America, all of Europe (incl Russia), and North America for the sun, the rum and the weed. And now, it will be legal. Think of all those sunburnt tourists heading back to their home countries signing the praises of Tweed Ja & their patron saint Snoop Lion.
