RE:CGC Revenues These #'s are conservative. Its better to lean more on the conservative side then unrealistic. $5 per gram is what most of their product will be sold at as wholesale to CCBO will capture majority of sale. Margins and price per gram will be substanially higher where sales are made through tweed main st via online in provinces that may allow this type of sale. The same will apply to sales that are made through their storefronts in provinces that allow as such in Newfoundland, and Manitoba. Other provinces may include this type of sale as well.
This is put in very simple terms. Canopy will sell everything they produce. They will have production capacity of 5.6 million sq ft.
- 4.6 million sq ft of greenhouse will produce approximately 200,000kgs.
(Bruce was quoted as saying 40,000kgs per 100,000 sq ft greenhouse)
- 1 million sq ft of indoor will produce approximately 100,000 kgs.
Canopy will produce approx 300,000 kgs and will sell all product as their will be a supply shortage until 2020.
300,000 kgs x $5 per gram = $1.5 billion
Canopy will have revenues of approx $1.5 billion from Aug 2018 - Aug 2019
This figure is as realistic as it can get.
